ASPROFOS Engineering S.A. Presentation on Well Drilling

On Thursday  12th December (2019) Mr. Ioannis E. Dovelos, Business Area Manager of ASPROFOS S.A.  visited our premises to give a state-of-the-art presentation on " Drilling of Wells - General Considerations".

ASPROFOS Engineering was established 35 years ago to provide management, engineering and design services in the oil refinery area. Its core business is engineering and technical consulting in the Oil and Gas sector with expertise in the oil refining and natural gas installations, while it also operates in environment and permitting engineering, power plants and infrastructure projects.

ASPROFOS Engineering has actively been supporting TUC’s Petroleum Engineering MSc Course with local meetings, seminars and presentations, as well as our students themselves with their MSc Theses Projects.

Petroleum Engineering postgraduate program of the Technical University of Crete is a one-year, full-time program, designed to provide students with a scientific background in hydrocarbon exploration and skills in the practical aspects of petroleum engineering. The program begins in October, and leads to a Master of Science (MSc) degree. The program is run by the School of Mineral Resources Engineering.
